The Technology Leadership Experience for Women provides an in-depth learning journey for a cohort of mid-level women IT leaders. Through a combination of virtual classroom workshops, peer networking, problem-solving, mentoring, and self-awareness/discovery, the program does more than build the next generation of women technology leaders; it creates a powerful technology leadership community.
